Cost-conscious charging

If you pay particular attention to your electricity consumption and have an electric car and perhaps also a heat pump or other smart appliances, then the desire to charge cost-consciously is often great.

In our cFos Charging Manager, exactly this wish can be set as a charging rule. The settings can be made so that the charging processes are oriented to the current electricity price. For example, it can be set that charging should only take place at favourable tariff times, i.e. low tariff times. This function can be realised in combination with Tibber and Awattar, for example. With dynamic tariffs, the currently cheapest electricity price is passed on to you almost directly and consumption is billed hourly. Advanced users can even use formulas or conditions in combination with operators, logical expressions and global variables as charging rules to control charging processes dynamically.
